SOUND TRAVELING
Sound and music are a natural part of all of us and are one of the tools that help us to clear our energy fields and raise our vibration. In various cultures, sound has been applied for thousands of years as a tool for healing. Hindus and Buddhists chant mantras, shamans of natural nations rhythmically drum or play flutes, and Australian Aborigines make mysterious sounds from their Aboriginal instruments called didgeridoos. All of these sound and music generating practices have one common goal, that of achieving harmony of being.
SONOREOM
It is a combination of three terms; the Latin word SONO meaning sound, the syllable RE representing the supreme ancient Egyptian sun god and the sacred
syllable OM, which is considered the primordial sound that accompanies all birth, life and death.
The SONOREOM brand operates in the field of soundhealing and provides relaxing sound bath and sound massage services.
SOUND BATHS FOR BETTER PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH
Just as a stay in a spa has positive effects on the human body, a sound bath has a beneficial effect on the physical, mental and emotional components of the human being and contributes to the return of inner peace, balance and vitality.
Sound baths and sound massages combine the sounds of various musical instruments and synchronize our fluctuating brain waves by providing a stable frequency to which the brain waves can tune. Using rhythm and frequency, human brain waves shift from a waking consciousness called Beta state to a relaxed consciousness or Alpha state. Thanks to sound and its frequencies, we can easily get into otherwise hard to reach meditative states and then enjoy all their benefits.
LUDĚK JIROUŠ
In 2019, I began to discover the magic of sound and its healing effects on human health. During this period, I was going through a very painful transformational experience, and it was sound and its frequencies that helped me to regain a state of well-being. Since then, I have been using sound as a tool to set an inner balance for myself, but also for the wider public in the form of sound baths.
Sound has become my new hobby and time spent playing the didgeridoo, djembe, handpan or other ethnic instruments is a very enjoyable part of my day. However, I don’t just stay with sound waves, I also enjoy surfing waves very much. In the winter I like to listen to the snowflakes gently drumming on my ski goggles. In addition to the inner world, I also discover the outer world. I like to travel to the ancient cradles of different civilizations such as India, Africa and South America.
Based on my uncomfortable experience, inspired by ancient cultures and current scientific research on the power of sound and its therapeutic effects, I began to understand that we are vibrational beings and are constantly influenced by our environment. Try to imagine that everything around us, even ourselves, functions as radio stations. If we want to receive good frequencies and with them positive energies, we need to tune in. If we do, negative energies will avoid us. But if we are tuned into the wrong station, unfortunately the opposite will happen, and even if we try our best, we will not pick up the good frequencies.
